1. Offer Overview

Cigar Outlet (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operating at www.cigaroutlet.com, is offering a limited-time Grand Opening promotional offer (“Offer”) to eligible new customers. Under this Offer, the Company will match the contents of your first qualifying order by including one (1) additional unit of each item purchased at no additional cost to you (“Matched Items”). Your Matched Items will be included in the same shipment as your original order. The maximum qualifying spend under this Offer is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Orders exceeding this amount will only be matched up to the $2,000.00 threshold.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this Offer, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
  2. You must create a new customer account on www.cigaroutlet.com during the Offer period. Existing accounts, reactivated accounts, and accounts created prior to the Offer start date do not qualify.
  3. You must affirmatively opt in to the Company’s promotional email communications (“Member Deals” email list) at the time of account creation or before placing your qualifying order.
  4. You must place a qualifying first order through your new account during the Offer period.
  5. Your shipping address must be located within the continental United States (or other serviceable regions as determined by the Company).
  6. You must comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Offer Limits

  • This Offer is limited to one (1) matched order per customer, per household, per shipping address, per payment method, and per email address.
  • The maximum qualifying order value for this Offer is $2,000.00. Any portion of an order exceeding $2,000.00 will not be matched.
  • For the purposes of this section, a “household” includes all persons residing at the same physical address, regardless of the number of individual accounts created.
  • Orders shipping to PO Boxes, freight forwarding services, or commercial reshipping addresses may be excluded at the Company’s sole discretion.
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust the maximum order value or maximum item count eligible for matching at any time. Any such limit will be stated on the Offer landing page at the time of the promotion.

4. Product Substitution

The Company will make reasonable efforts to match your order with the identical products ordered. However, in the event that any item in your order is unavailable, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled at the time of shipment, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a product of equal or greater retail value. Substituted items will be of comparable type (e.g., a cigar of similar size, blend profile, or brand tier). The Company’s determination of “equal or greater value” is final and is based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) or the Company’s listed retail price at the time of fulfillment. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for substituted Matched Items.

5. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy

Cigar Outlet takes promotional integrity seriously. We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to:

  • Deny, cancel, revoke, or claw back this Offer (including after an order has been placed or shipped) if we reasonably determine that any customer has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct in connection with this promotion.
  • Disqualify any customer who creates multiple accounts, uses multiple email addresses, uses multiple payment methods, or employs any other method to circumvent the one-per-customer limit of this Offer.
  • Disqualify any customer who uses false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information (including but not limited to name, shipping address, email address, or payment information) to claim this Offer.
  • Cancel or refuse fulfillment of any order that, in our reasonable judgment, was placed primarily for the purpose of resale, arbitrage, or commercial redistribution of the Matched Items.
  • Suspend or terminate the account of any customer found to be in violation of these Terms.
  • Recover the retail value of any Matched Items from customers who obtained them through fraudulent or abusive means, including by charging the payment method on file or through collections.

Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to: multiple orders from the same IP address under different accounts, multiple accounts using the same or similar shipping addresses, use of virtual credit cards or prepaid cards to create apparent unique payment methods, abnormally high order volumes, and patterns consistent with organized promotional abuse. The Company may use automated fraud detection systems and manual review to identify abuse.

We will strictly enforce compliance with this policy. This Offer is intended to welcome new customers to the Cigar Outlet community. We ask that all participants act in good faith—do not ruin this opportunity for others. Abuse of this promotion diminishes the ability of Cigar Outlet to extend generous offers to the broader community of cigar enthusiasts.

6. Order Modifications, Cancellations & Returns

  • If you cancel your qualifying order before shipment, the Offer is forfeited and cannot be reapplied to a subsequent order.
  • If you return your qualifying order (in whole or in part), you must also return the corresponding Matched Items. Failure to return Matched Items may result in the retail value of those items being charged to your original payment method.
  • Partial returns are eligible only if the corresponding Matched Items for the returned products are also included in the return. You may not return purchased items while retaining the Matched Items.
  • Exchanges are handled at the Company’s discretion. The Offer does not transfer to exchanged products.

7. Non-Transferability

This Offer is non-transferable, non-assignable, and has no cash value. It cannot be sold, traded, auctioned, or bartered. Any attempt to transfer this Offer will render it void.

8. Stacking & Combining Offers

This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, coupon, loyalty reward, gift card redemption, or special pricing. If a discount code or promotion is applied to the qualifying order, Cigar Outlet reserves the right to void the Offer match or reduce the matched quantity proportionally. The Offer applies to the full retail price of the items ordered.

9. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Matched Items are provided at no additional charge to the customer; however, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory fees associated with the receipt of Matched Items in your jurisdiction. Applicable sales tax or excise tax on Matched Items (if any) will be calculated and charged at checkout or added to your order total. All orders are subject to age verification and compliance with federal, state, and local tobacco laws. Cigar Outlet will not ship to any jurisdiction where such shipment would violate applicable law.

10. Modification & Termination of Offer

Cigar Outlet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of early termination, orders placed and confirmed prior to the termination date will be honored, subject to these Terms. The Company is not liable for any technical failures, errors, or omissions that may affect the availability or application of this Offer.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CIGAR OUTLET’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS OFFER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF YOUR QUALIFYING ORDER. CIGAR OUTLET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS OFFER. MATCHED ITEMS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY BEYOND WHAT IS OFFERED ON STANDARD PURCHASED PRODUCTS.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Offer shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. By participating in this Offer, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Cigar Outlet regarding this Offer and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements. By placing a qualifying order under this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
