Shipping Policy

Order processing


Orders are typically processed in the order they are received, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary during peak periods, major promotions, or when age verification or order review is required.

Age verification requirement


Because we sell age-restricted tobacco products, orders may be held until age verification is completed. CigarOutlet.com does not sell tobacco products to anyone under 21. Some customers may be asked to complete additional verification steps before an order can ship. 

Shipping carriers


We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, or another carrier selected by CigarOutlet.com. Carrier selection is based on the destination, package contents, and the shipping method may be chosen at checkout based on what’s available.

Shipping times


Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Transit times begin after the carrier has processed, verified, and accepted an order. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, age-verification review, or state compliance review are outside our control.

Restricted destinations


We reserve the right to limit or cancel shipments to states, localities, or jurisdictions where tobacco sales are restricted or prohibited by law. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled will be canceled and refunded in accordance with our payment policies.

Address accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Risk of loss


Responsibility for the order transfers to the carrier once the shipment is accepted, except where otherwise required by law. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly so we can help initiate a carrier review.

Store pickup


Store pickup is not currently guaranteed unless explicitly offered during checkout or upon special request and arranged in advance.
